Life coaching is a Spiritual Process that will help you to make change in your life. Let us begin by stating that the body stores all of our experiences. All memory, positive and negative, is stored in the cellular structure. And in cases of trauma (i.e. change), the body takes what the mind cannot.

The body doesn't discern between positive and negative experience. It views all change as "trauma" and reacts accordingly. Memory is stored, and, as it is stored, it is "sorted" by the mind based upon factors such as environment, fears, joys, etc. That stored memory is responsible for most of your patterns of ways of being, thinking, believing, acting, experiencing, and attracting in our world. In this way, we "create" our own "reality" and our own subconscious boundaries, walls, blocks and avenues.

During the Life Coaching process, we find, recognize, and magnetize whatever needs to come to the surface for understanding, release, re-programming, and so on. As we bring those things up and out, we begin to re-make our world with the new understandings, wisdom and abilities. Life Coaching allows you to create your own opportunities, your own reality.

Life Coaching can help you bring greater inner / outer stability and wholeness into your world. You will come through this process better able to determine what reality is for you, what your dreams and desires truly are and how to achieve them.

What will it take to make change in your life?

It's simple. Courage. And along with that, patience, commitment, determination, and Love.

What can I use Life Coaching for?

1) Growth and change in life initiated by you. Something you desire or need.

2) Goal Setting and Achieving

3) During times of trauma or change in life - mentally, physically, spiritually or emotionally (divorce, retirement, relocation, job change, death, disease, accidents, surgery, menopause, aging and disabilities)

4) Dealing with depression

Do I need to stop my current medical care?

No, this process only enhances what you are already doing. However, this process is not highly advised during pregnancy or if you have been diagnosed with manic depression or similar disorder.

What is the process? How will it work for me?

Everyone's process is individually designed according to their needs, desires, intentions, commitment level and physical ability. Most processes take between three months and one year to complete.

Here's a sample plan:

(Keep in mind that if you can’t get in, have a busy schedule, or are on a budget you can receive Healing Life Coaching Sessions over the phone. Phone sessions require less time and are therefore less expensive; however, they are no less powerful and insightful!  Phone sessions are usually one hour in duration and cost $75.  You pay by credit card when you call to schedule the appointment.  At the scheduled time, you phone Catherine for a brief discussion of the current situation.  Then you can hang up the phone.  Then you lie down and rest as Catherine “transports” you to the Healing Table to receive your session.  The session lasts approximately 30 minutes.  At the appointed time, you then phone Catherine back and she will discuss any pertinent information with you.)

Now, on with the sample Life Coaching Plan as it is laid out for you if you can come to the office for your Healing Treatments.

Life Coaching Proposal Plan

 

 

Following is one of the least expensive, yet highly effective methods I've found to take people through the changes that occur in life.  This gives you tools and

support.

 

This life coaching approach will focus on you remaining in touch with your inner self and intuition.  You will learn to understand and to utilize on a daily basis the Universal Laws of Allowing, Receiving, Attraction and Abundance. 

It will take one year to complete, although that does not mean that it will continue to be an expense for a year.  Most of the work will be completed on your own.

  

You will have 7, 90 minute sessions at $90 each and 6, 2 hour sessions at $150 each.  All is achieved over a 3-6 month period.  You can pay as you go, or receive a 10% discount for paying up front with planned and scheduled meeting times.  Once or twice weekly appointments are the best approach.  The normal cancellation policy will apply.

 

 

Part One

 

Receive initial consultation session. (1 ½ hours at $90)

 

Part Two

 

At-Home Care and Treatment Plan:  (Three months or more)

 

  1. Take a few days to one week to write down everything that you are unhappy with in your life.  Everything you don’t like, want, need about everything in your life.  At the end of the week, make a symbolic gesture to throw all that you have written away. Toss it, bury it or burn it.  In effect, “let it all go”.  Make a statement and a commitment to go forward from this point.

 

 

  1. Next, take a few days to one week to write down everything you do want in your life.  Everything that you want to focus on, from the silliest thing to the most important no matter how it sounds to anyone else.  Sometimes “treasure mapping” is an effective exercise.  Treasure mapping is using pictures (from magazines, etc.) instead of words.  At the end of the week, set this writing aside.  If you’ve “treasure mapped”, place the finished “picture” aside somewhere where you can see it every day.

 

 

  1. At this point begin daily meditation.  Meditation is literally practicing the presence of God.   Take at least 5 minutes every day to sit quietly and to meditate.  If you have difficulty meditating, simply set a certain time aside each day and state your intent to meditate.   Then sit quietly with your eyes closed and still or empty the mind.

 

 

  1. Take a few minutes every day to look closely into the mirror into your own eyes.  Look first into the right eye.  Take note of what you see.  Then do the same with the left eye.  Spend a moment contemplating what you have noted then look back into each eye and send Love, Divine Love.  Let your Self know that you are here to help and that it is OK.  Let your Self know that everything is ALL RIGHT!

 

 

  1. Take 5 minutes daily to journal “Forgives and Releases”.  Begin by stating, “I forgive and release myself for…….whatever”  “And, I forgive and release (person, place thing situation, etc.) for whatever”.   These exercises will eventually become powerful self healing treatments but they will take time to “feel”.  So, don’t get discouraged if you feel like you are writing and stating in a monotone fashion.  There is power in word and thought!

 

 

  1. Take at least 5 minutes daily to say and write down every thing, person, place and situation that you are grateful for and that you appreciate.  Being grateful for all that you have sets the Universe in motion to bring you more of the good and to stop sending you and negatives.  Of all the exercises, this is the most important one to do daily.

 

 

  1. Take at least 15 minutes every day and use creative visualization.  It is much easier do something you’ve already done, so allow the subconscious mind to assist you in your creation of you.  Close your eyes, still the mind and literally see, feel and experience all you want to be, see and experience in your life.  At first this may be difficult or seem silly.  Don’t be discouraged.  This exercise is, in fact, just as important as breathing!

 

 

  1. Pay attention to your dreams and your day dreams.  This is your own guidance system attempting to assist you, either by the release of old unimportant information or the bringing in of the new.  It is a good idea to journal whatever comes through you to journal about your dreams.

 

 

  1. Required DVD: The Secret.   The Secret is a teaching and meditation in itself for The Law of Attraction and the fact that THOUGHTS ARE THINGS.   Watch it through the first time, then watch it daily for at least 60 days in the background as you clean the house, meditate, etc.  Go to www.thesecret.tv.  The cost is approx. $30.

 

 

  1. Required CDS: The Art of Allowing by Abraham Hicks.  Order the beginning set and listen them over and over for at least 60 days while you are driving the car, cleaning the house, exercising, resting, etc.   Go to www.abraham-hicks.com.  The cost for the beginning set is approx. $50.  It is also highly suggested that you register to receive monthly CDs.  The cost for the monthly CDS is approx. $15 per month).

 

 

  1. Pay attention to diet.   Diet not only means food, but environment.  Avoid unhealthy people, places, things and situations.  Be sure to observe how you feel in all situations.  Focus on the most important thing being to feel good—not a “party good” or a “get high” good, but rather a deep feeling good inside you.  The difference between right for you and wrong for you.  Notice your own behavior and take a moment to note and to contemplate why and get in touch with what the driving force is.  For instance, if you are “stress eating”, take a moment to take note and to contemplate why.  Perhaps ask the question in your meditations.

 

 

  1. As you come through the changes in your life your body will change with you (mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally).  As things work up to release, shift and change you may feel tired, stressed, anxious, wired achy, etc.  It is, therefore, important to keep up some form of exercise and lots of  Massage Therapy, Epsom salts or Dead Sea salt baths in order to ease the tensions and assist the body.

 

 

 

Part Three

 

Receive Healing Treatments once or twice weekly or bi-weekly, over a 3-6 month period.  The amount and duration will be determined on an individual basis.  Each session will include a consultation of progress and discussion period. The Healing Treatments are as follows:

 

6 Massages and Reiki Healing Treatments (Each session is 1 ½ hours in length and the cost is $90 per session)

 

6 Hypnotherapy, Regression and/or Rohun Healing Treatments (Each session is 1 ½-2 hours in length and the cost is $150 per session).  The combination of these Healing Treatments will be determined on an individual basis.  Each and every session is different each and every time.

 

 

Part Four

 

Work into a maintenance plan.

 

Receive monthly, then bi- or tri-monthly Healing Treatments of Massage Therapy, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Regression, RoHun or Psychic Massage (Once yearly session that is 1 ½ -2 hours in length and costs $150 per session).

 

Maintain Part Two on your own as much as you need or desire to.

 

Further e-mail and phone “counseling” is available at the rate of $30 for each 15 minutes payable by credit card only.
