About Catherine Ferrier (Smith)

Catherine Ferrier (Smith) has been working in massage therapy since 1981. She is a naturally gifted Psychic and energy transmitter who has cultivated her abilities, training and experience since 1980.

Meditation is the basis of all of Catherine's work. Meditation is practicing the presence of God. In 1983 she began devoting herself to the study of the body as a whole. A total system of systems working toward a common goal....the Self. Healing of the Self by the Self on all levels of being well and well-being...spiritually, physically and emotionally.

Her devotion to healing has taken her to Beijing, China in 1988, 1989 and 1994 with a program called China Educational Travels with which she is still involved in continuing studies in Medical QiGong (magnetic healing accomplished with the hands and meditation...not magnets) and Food as Medicine.

In 1997 and 1998 Catherine continued her studies of Magnetic Healing in Manilla/LaUnion Philippines at the Philippine Spiritual Help Foundation with psychic healer, Rev. Alex Orbito. Catherine has trained in Canada as well as here in the United States on both the East and West Coasts.

In Beijing, she worked and trained in the Guang An Men Hospital, Xi Yuan Hospital and at the China National Research Institute of Sports Science. She has experience with extreme arthritic patients, paraplegics, infants, pregnancy, headaches, PMS, colds, flu, cancer, trauma recovery from and preparation for surgery, broken bones/sprains/strains, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, depression, detoxification, relaxation, stress, constipation, colon hydrotherapy, backwalking and sports injury.

She trained in sports massage, backwalking, bone setting and massage needles on some of China's Olympic teams (the fencing, wrestling, swimming and gymnastics teams). Both traditional (eastern) and western methods were applied. She also practiced Psychic Massage on the doctors and families.

Catherine utilizes her background in the treatment of broken bones, sprains, strains and pre/post surgery for her Facial and Holistic Skin Care Treatments in order to treat the body as a whole. The Holistic Skin Care Treatments approach the muscles, nerves and other inner workings of the body as well as treating the skin.
